  • 1 can water chestnuts, drained (8 oz.)
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1/2 lb. bacon

Directions

    Soak water chestnuts in soy sauce for 4 hours.

    Wrap each chestnut in a 1/2 strip of bacon and secure with a toothpick. Broil until brown.
