Bacon Onions Rings

  • 1 white onion Large
  • 6 1/3 ounces sliced pancetta Thinly

    Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Peel the skin off the onion and slice into rings. Pop out the rings..

    Wrap the thinly sliced pancetta around a single onion ring, secure end with a cocktail stick if need be. Usually takes approximately 2 pancetta slices per onion ring. It does depend on how big your onions are. Repeat until all rings are wrapped.

    Lay on a non stick baking tray and bake in the oven for about 15/20mins. Until cooked and crispy.
