  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 8 slices bacon
  • dash of pepper
  • 2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 (9-inch) pie crust

Directions

    Mix eggs, milk and seasoning well. Toss cheese in flour.

    Add to milk and egg mixture along with bacon.

    Pour into crust and bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.

    Let set 10 minutes before serving.
