  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cans Pet milk (large)
  • 1/2 tsp. salt/pepper
  • 3/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 c. Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 lb. bacon
  • 1/2 c. finely cut onion
  • 1/2 c. green pepper
  • 1 deep dish pie crust
  • parsley

Directions

    Combine eggs, Pet milk, salt and nutmeg in a bowl. Beat on medium speed of mixer.

    Fry bacon. Saute onion and green pepper in some of the bacon oil. Crumble in bacon. Add salt, pepper and cheese.

    Mix well. Pour in pie crust.

    Sprinkle parsley flakes. Bake in a 350° oven for 45 minutes.

    Let set 20 minutes before cutting.
