- 1 frozen pie shell
- 1 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
- 8 to 10 slices bacon
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. milk
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Prebake pie shell at 350° for 10 minutes.

2Fry (or bake) bacon until crisp; crumble into small pieces to yield 3/4 cup. Combine eggs, milk, nutmeg, onion, salt and pepper.

3Beat well. Sprinkle prebaked pie shell with cheese and bacon; pour in egg mixture.

4Bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
