Bacon Quiche Biscuit Cup

- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green onions
- 1 (10 oz.) can Hungry Jack flaky biscuits
- 5 slices crisp, crumbled bacon
Directions

1Heat oven to 375°.

2Grease 10 muffin cups.

3In a small bowl, beat cream cheese, milk and eggs on low speed until smooth.

4Stir in Swiss cheese and onions.

5Set aside.

6Separate dough into 10 biscuits.

7Place in greased muffin cups.

8Firmly press into bottom. Place half of the bacon into muffin cups.

9Spoon about 2 tablespoons of egg mixture over bacon in cups.

10Bake at 375° for 21 to 26 minutes.
