  • 6 oz. cream cheese
  • chives to taste
  • 1 loaf bread slices (any kind, crust removed and cut in half)
  • 16 oz. sliced bacon, cut in half

Directions

    Mix cream cheese and chives.

    Spread thinly on each slice of bread.

    Roll tightly, then wrap with bacon securing with a toothpick.

    Place on broiler pan.

    Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes, turning if necessary.
