  • 1 can whole water chestnuts
  • 1 lb. bacon
  • 1 c. ketchup
  • 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. soy sauce

Directions

    Cut water chestnuts in half; cut bacon in half.

    Roll chestnuts in bacon strip; secure with a toothpick.

    Place roll-ups in a square baking pan and bake in a 425° oven for about 20 minutes.
