- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/2 c. herb seasoning stuffing mix
- 2/3 lb. sliced bacon
- 1/4 lb. mild sausage
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Melt butter; remove from heat and stir in water and stuffing mix.

2Add egg and sausage.

3Let set for 1 hour in refrigerator. Shape into oval balls.

4Cut strips of bacon into thirds.

5Wrap bacon around sausage ball.

6Poke with toothpick.

7Bake at 375° for 35 minutes.
