  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. herb seasoning stuffing mix
  • 2/3 lb. sliced bacon
  • 1/4 lb. mild sausage
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 c. water

Directions

    Melt butter; remove from heat and stir in water and stuffing mix.

    Add egg and sausage.

    Let set for 1 hour in refrigerator. Shape into oval balls.

    Cut strips of bacon into thirds.

    Wrap bacon around sausage ball.

    Poke with toothpick.

    Bake at 375° for 35 minutes.
