Bacon Roll-Ups

  • 1 large loaf sliced white bread
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 lb. bacon, cut slices in half

Directions

    Cut bread crusts off and feed to the birds.

    Roll each slice of bread thin with rolling pin.
  3. 3
    Spread a teaspoon of soup on each slice, roll up and cut in half.

    Wrap a half slice of bacon around each piece and secure with toothpick.
  5. 5
    Bake on cookie sheet in a 350° to 375° oven for 15 minutes each side (they must be turned). Freeze unused roll-ups and bake when ready to use.
