- 1 lb. bacon
- 1 medium pkg. bread stuffing
- 1 egg
Directions

1Cut each bacon slice into 3 short pieces.

2Mix stuffing mix as directed on package.

3Beat egg and add to stuffing.

4Put about 1 teaspoon stuffing on each piece of bacon.

5Roll up and secure with toothpick.

6Place on rack in pan.

7Bake about 8 minutes on each side, turning once, in 425° oven.
