Bacon Roll-Ups(Appetizer)

- 1/2 lb. bacon
- 1 loaf white bread
- 8 oz. whipped cream cheese
Directions

1Remove the crust from each slice of bread.

2Spread with a thin layer of cream cheese.

3Cut each slice of bread in thirds.

4Cut a piece of raw bacon in thirds horizontally.

5Roll a piece of the bread jelly roll fashion, then wrap a piece of bacon around it, securing with a toothpick.

6Do this with the rest of the bread, cream cheese and bacon to produce as many as you need.

7Place on a cookie sheet and broil until browned.

8Turn to brown on other side. Serve hot.

9These have to be watched as they burn easily!
