  • 1 pound Bacon
  • 1 can (10.75 Oz. Can) Tomato Soup
  • 1 can (10-14 Oz. Can) Diced Tomatoes And Green Chilies
  • 1 whole Onion, Diced
  • 4 cloves Garlic, Crushed
  • 1 whole Thai Hot Pepper
  • 4 ounces, weight Whatever Hard Shredded Cheese You Like
  • 1 pound Spaghetti

    Fry bacon until almost crisp.

    Add onion and garlic.

    Cook until onions are soft.

    Add Thai pepper, tomato soup and diced tomatoes with green chilies.

    Simmer for at least 15 minutes.

    (You can cook it longer if you like.)

    Prepare pasta.

    Be sure to use salted water.

    Add drained pasta to the sauce.

    Sprinkle with shredded cheese (or Velveeta) and let the cheese melt on the pasta before serving.
