Bacon Spinach Roll-Ups

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/3 c. water
  • 2 c. herb stuffing mix
  • 1/2 c. mild sausage, uncooked
  • 1 c. Parmesan grated cheese
  • 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and well drained
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 lb. bacon

    Melt butter in the water.

    Remove from heat.

    Stir in stuffing and add the rest of the ingredients, except bacon.

    Chill at least one hour.
