- 8 slices bacon, crisply cooked
- 1 medium tomato, seeded
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 3/4 c. swiss cheese
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. basil
- 1 can (10 oz.) refrigerated biscuits
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Chop bacon, tomato, onion and grated cheese.

3Mix all ingredients except biscuits.

4Separate each biscuit into 3 thinner biscuits.

5Lay each biscuit over a mini muffin pan cup.

6Press biscuit into cup. Fill cups with bacon mixture and bake 10 - 12 minutes until golden brown.

7Yields 30.
