  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup canola or veg ,oil or butter melted
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs separated
  • 8 slice bacon cooked

    in a medium bowl, sift flour and salt together....

    in a other bowl, combine the egg yolks, milk, oil and vanilla.

    make a hole in the center of flour mix, and pour wet ingredients.stir well until the batter is smooth.....

    in a bowl and a electric mixer, or a hand mixer, beat the egg whites until soft and foamy.slowly add sugar, while beating, until a stiff peaks form.
