  • 2 cans water chestnuts
  • 1 pkg. bacon, sliced in half
  • 2/3 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. catsup

    Wrap bacon around water chestnuts; stick with toothpick.

    Bake 1 hour at 250°; drain fat.

    Mix brown sugar and catsup.

    Heat 45 seconds in microwave.

    Spoon over bacon/water chestnuts.

    Bake another hour at 250°.

    Serve hot or cold.
