3Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil, and place a cooling rack on top.

9Repeat with the remaining dates; set aside.

11Cut bacon slices into thirds, or long enough to wrap stuffed dates with a slight overlap.

13Wrap one slice of bacon around the the stuffed dates one time, being sure that the ends overlap slightly.
