  • 1 kielbasa cut into 4
  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 4 slices bacon Maple Cured
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup bbq sauce Honey
  • 1 cup honey mustard

Directions

    Wrap each piece of kielbasa with bacon and secure each end of bacon with a toothpick, pan fry over medium high heat just until brown and crispy.

    Place the brown sugar onto a plate and roll each side of the cooked kielbasa in the sugar then place onto a baking sheet.

    Bake in a 400 degree oven for 20 minutes, until the brown sugar has melted and caramelized.

    Take the baking sheet out of the oven and let cool for a few minutes so you can handle them to pull out the toothpicks.
