- 1 1/2 c. water
- 4 c. flour
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1/2 c. onion chips
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/2 c. sesame seed
- 1/2 c. poppy seed
- 1 egg
Directions

1Blend water (warm), 1 1/2 cups flour, salt, sugar, yeast and onion chips for 3 minutes.

2Add the rest of the flour and knead for 20 minutes.

3Cover for 20 minutes.

4Make into 24 bagels and cover for 20 minutes.

5Boil each bagel for 3 minutes on each side. Spread egg white on top and sprinkle with poppy and sesame seed. Bake at 425° for 30 minutes.

6Makes 24 bagels.
