  • 3 to 4 lb. roast
  • 1 c. Kikkoman soy sauce
  • 3 or 4 garlic cloves (chopped)
  • 1 medium onion (chopped)
  • 1 to 2 bunches green onions (chopped)
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 4 Tbsp. sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp. regular vegetable oil
  • sugar, MSG, sesame seeds, and pepper to taste

    Slice roast thin and marinate overnight.

    Grill meat and reserve the marinade for dipping meat in or to pour over steamed rice.
