Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 tablespoons shrimp paste or ginisang bagoong
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 clove chopped garlic
- 1 tablespoon carrots minced, optional
- 1 tablespoon bell pepper minced sweet, optional
- 1/2 cup pork strips sauteed in oyster sauce
- 1 egg
- mango unripe
- cucumber
Directions

1In a pan saute the onion and add pork strips. Add the oyster sauce; let it cook for 5 mins. Set aside.

2In a separate pan, saute the garlic then add ginisang bagoong.

3Put-in the rice, mix gently while cooking until all the ingredients are distributed properly. Cook the rice for 5-10 minutes, then add minced carrots & capsicum (optional).

4Transfer the rice to a serving bowl. Top with the cooked pork strips, cucumber, mango, and egg strips.
