Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 tablespoons shrimp paste or ginisang bagoong
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 clove chopped garlic
  • 1 tablespoon carrots minced, optional
  • 1 tablespoon bell pepper minced sweet, optional
  • 1/2 cup pork strips sauteed in oyster sauce
  • 1 egg
  • mango unripe
  • cucumber

Directions

    In a pan saute the onion and add pork strips. Add the oyster sauce; let it cook for 5 mins. Set aside.

    In a separate pan, saute the garlic then add ginisang bagoong.

    Put-in the rice, mix gently while cooking until all the ingredients are distributed properly. Cook the rice for 5-10 minutes, then add minced carrots & capsicum (optional).

    Transfer the rice to a serving bowl. Top with the cooked pork strips, cucumber, mango, and egg strips.
