- 1 loaf French baguette
- 1/4 cup olive oil (more or less)

1Slice bread on an angle.

2Place olive oil in small shallow bowl (like a cereal bowl).

3Dip each side of bread slices in olive oil.

4Broil until slightly browned, flip and broil other side too.

5Watch carefully, it can go from not quite done to burned in an instant!
