- 4 ounces caster sugar
- 4 ounces self raising flour (Sieved)
- 4 ounces unsalted butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 12 cup bailey's irish cream
- 100 g chocolate (melted)
Directions

1Pre-heat oven at 180C.

2Beat Butter and Sugar together with an electric whisk until smooth.

3Add 1 teaspoon of flour then 1 egg and fold into the mixture.

4Add another teaspoon of flour then the second egg and fold inches.

5Add vanilla extract fold into mixture with a wooden spoon.

6Add Flour and Bailey's alternately, folding into the mixture.

7Place mixture into cake cases and cook in a pre heated oven for 20-25mins.

8Decorate the finished cakes with melted chocolate.
