Bake Stuffed Haddock

- 1 lb. fresh haddock
- 6 to 8 large cooked shrimp
- 1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
- 3/4 c. margarine
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 dashes ground pepper
- paprika
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Melt margarine in medium size microwave bowl.

2Add stack of crushed crackers.

3Add garlic powder, lemon juice and pepper.

4Mix well.

5Place fish in baking dish with shrimp on top.

6Put crumb mixture over all.

7Sprinkle with paprika.

8Cover with foil and bake at 400° for 25 minutes.

9Remove foil and broil 5 minutes to brown top.

10Squeeze a bit of lemon juice over top and serve.
