- 1 medium apple
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 12 teaspoon cinnamon
- 14 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon cold butter
- 2 tablespoons sliced almonds
- 14 cup low-fat granola
- 12 cup frozen yogurt
Directions

1Heat oven to 425 degrees.

2Slice apple and place in small oveproof dish.

3Combine brownsugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg, then dust over apple slices.

4Grate butter over mixture.

5Mix almonds and granola then srpinkle on top of apples.

6Bake until apples are soft, about 8 minutes.
