- 2 large red apples
- 2 tsp. butter
- 2 tsp. brown sugar
- nutmeg
- cinnamon
Directions

1Core out each apple, trying not to cut through bottom, and peel just around top (around 1/2-inch).

2Add to each apple a teaspoon of butter, a teaspoon of brown sugar and a shake each of nutmeg and cinnamon.

3Bake at 350° for about 1/2 hour (maybe more, until soft).

4Serve in bowls.
