- 1/4 c. Port wine
- 1/4 c. frozen apple juice
- 1/4 c. raisins
- 1/4 tsp. ground cumin
- 4 apples (Red Rome best)
Directions

1Heat wine and juice until starts to boil.

2Turn heat off.

3Add raisins and cumin.

4Stir and let stand 15 minutes.

5Core apples. Score to within 1/2-inch of bottom.

6Place apples in baking dish, not touching.

7Stuff with juice soaked raisins.

8Spoon remaining juice over apples.

9Put water in dish 1/3-inch deep.

10Cover with foil.

11Bake 20 minutes.

12Uncover and bake 20 minutes more.

13Serve warm.
