  • 8 apples
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. white sugar
  • 1/4 or 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp. oleo or butter
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 c. water

Directions

    Pare apples and place center up in baking dish sprayed with Pam.

    Mix brown sugar, white sugar and cinnamon; cover the apples. Dissolve cornstarch in cold water.

    Place over apples.

    Put dabs of oleo on top.

    Bake at 375° for 45 to 50 minutes until apples are soft but not mushy.
