- 2 Avocados, Pitted And Some Flesh Scooped Out
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Herbs For Garnish

1Preheat oven to 400°F.

2Slice avocados, pit them and scoop out a bit of flesh from around the sides.

3Crack one egg into each avocado and top with salt and pepper. Place on a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Bake for 15 minutes, or until the egg is set and fully cooked.
