  • 1 cup crused asian rice crackers (I used seaweed flavored)
  • 1/4 cup chopped cliantro
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • For Dipping Sauce
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 3 tablespoons of fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 fresh small chili pepper chopped
