- 2 (16 oz.) cans pork and beans
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 c. catsup
- 2 Tbsp. molasses
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/2 c. dark brown sugar
- 4 slices bacon
- 10 oz. pkg. franks
- 1 clove, chopped
- 1 tsp. instant coffee
Directions

1Saute onion and garlic in margarine until tender.

2Cut franks into bite size.

3Place into 2-quart baking dish.

4Mix together all other ingredients except bacon.

5Arrange bacon slices on top of beans.

6Bake at 350° for 1 hour 15 minutes.
