- 2 (20 3/4 oz.) Campbell's pork and beans
- 1/2 medium chopped green pepper
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 1/2 c. light brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Hormel real bacon bits
- 2 Tbsp. mustard (spreadable or dry)
- 1/2 c. clear syrup
- 1 c. ketchup
- 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
- dashes of cumin (use more of this than oregano), oregano, and hot sauce (a must)
Directions

1Beans should be soupy when put into a glass baking dish. Feel free to thin with more ketchup, tomato sauce or water.

2Cook slowly in a 325° to 350° oven for approximately 2 hours.

3Stir from sides every 1/2 hour.
