- 1/2 lb. bacon
- 2 medium size cans pork and beans
- 1/2 lb. brown sugar
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can Ro-Tel
Directions

1Fry bacon and then saute chopped onion in bacon grease.

2Add beans, Ro-Tel and brown sugar.

3Bake at 350° in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish until bubbly, about 45 minutes.
