- 1/2 bag beans (small peas), soak in warm water overnight
- 2 Tbsp. molasses
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- pinch of dry mustard
- 1/2 lb. salt pork
Directions

1Drain beans; put in pot.

2Combine in a cup:

3molasses, brown sugar and dry mustard.

4Fill the cup with water and mix well. Pour on top of beans.

5Add a small onion and salt pork to bean pot and then fill with water 1 inch over the beans.

6Bake at 375° for 4 hours.
