  • 350 g lima beans (white beans)
  • 1 big onion
  • 1 garlic
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 12 tablespoon red pepper

Directions

    Put the beans in a pot with water and boil them.

    You should change the water at least 2 times and leave them boil in the new one.

    In the last water you can add the chopped onion and the red pepper cut on long and thin pieces.This process should be at least 50 minute

    Put the olive oil in the skillet warm it a little bit and put the chopped garlic and 1/2 table spoon red pepper, mix it and then put it into the pot.

    Mix it well.

    And leave it on a low fire for 5 minute.

    Put the beans in a baking container ( make sure there's just a little bit of liquid)and put them in the preheated owen(F 450 ).for about 30 to 40 minute.

    You can serve it with side of cabbage salad.
