  • 3 regular sized cans pork and beans
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 3 to 4 strips bacon
  • 2/3 c. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 to 1 1/2 c. catsup
  • 1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
  • 1/4 c. molasses

    In small skillet fry bacon until crisp.

    Remove from grease and add onion; fry until golden brown.

    Break bacon into pieces and remove onion to drain on paper towel.

    Put beans in colander and run water over to remove sauce.

    Put beans and all other ingredients in casserole dish and bake 45 minutes at 350°.
