  • 1 large (48 oz.) can pork and beans
  • 1 medium onion, cut fine
  • 1/4 large (28 oz.) bottle ketchup
  • 1/2 small green pepper
  • 2 sour pickles
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Sprinkle the top with brown sugar and top with strips of bacon.

    Heat beans in 350° oven until beans are bubbly, then turn oven down to 250° and simmer for 2 hours.
