  • 3 (16 oz.) cans beans, drained (I use Van Camp's pork and beans, drained)
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. dark brown sugar
  • 2/3 c. ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard
  • 10 strips bacon, cooked crisp

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Combine beans with onion, brown sugar, ketchup and mustard.

    Pile into casserole dish.

    Stir in broken cooked bacon.

    Bake, uncovered, for 25 to 30 minutes or until bubbling well.
