- 1 smoked ham or ham hocks
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. maple syrup
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
Directions

1Soften beans completely; drain.

2Add 1 cup water.

3Put beans in and add all remaining ingredients along with the water.

4Mix well.

5Cover and cook on low for 10 to 12 hours.
