  • 1/4 lb. salt pork
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 Tbsp. molasses

    Soak beans overnight.

    Parboil; drain.

    Add to baking dish. Mix all ingredients and add to beans.

    Add water to cover.

    Bake at 250° for 6 to 8 hours.
