Ingredients

  • 5 (1 lb.) cans pork and beans, drained
  • 1/3 c. brown sugar
  • 1/3 c. molasses
  • 1/3 c. prepared mustard
  • 1 can tomatoes, crushed
  • 1 medium onion
  • sliced bacon

Directions

    Mix all ingredients except bacon in baking dish.

    Layer bacon on top of mixture.

    Bake in slow oven (250°) until bacon is cooked.

    Spoon off excess grease.
