- 5 slices bacon
- 1 Pippin apple
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1 medium onion
- 1 large can tomatoes
- 1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 2 cans red beans
Directions

1Dice and fry bacon until crisp.

2Add to drippings, diced apple, diced green pepper and diced onion.

3Saute until tender. Add 2 large cans of Hunt's small red beans (drain before adding). Add 1 large can of chopped up tomatoes.

4Add curry powder and brown sugar.

5Mix together.

6Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover; set overnight.

7Before serving, bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
