Ingredients

  • 3 (16 oz.) cans pork and beans
  • 3 Tbsp. dark brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard
  • 3 Tbsp. molasses
  • 1 large onion, sliced in rings
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c. ketchup, to taste
  • 4 to 6 slices bacon (enough to cover casserole)

Directions

    Mix beans, sugar, mustard, molasses, onion and ketchup thoroughly.

    Place in an ovenproof baking dish.

    Place bacon slices on top.

    Bake at 375° for 45 minutes or until bacon has browned.
