- 2 cans pork and beans
- 8 slices bacon (4 fried crisp and 4 partially cooked)
- 3/4 c. chopped onion
- 4 Tbsp. catsup
- 2 Tbsp. mustard
Directions

1Empty beans into bowl.

2Crumble 4 slices of the crisp bacon into the beans.

3Saute the onion in a little of the bacon drippings until tender and add to the bean mixture with the catsup and mustard.

4Pour into baking dish and top with partially cooked bacon.

5Bake for 50 minutes or until bacon on top is done.
