  • 2 (1 lb.) cans pork and beans
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 medium bell pepper
  • 3 slices bacon
  • 1/2 c. molasses
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard

    Drain fried bacon.

    Saute onion and bell pepper in bacon drippings.

    Add remaining ingredients, including crumbled bacon. Bake at 350° for 1 hour in a covered casserole.
