  • 1 (4 lb.) beef tenderloin roast
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • garlic to taste
  • 2 onions, quartered
  • 1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 to 6 ribs celery, sliced diagonally
  • 6 carrots, cleaned and diced
  • 1 lemon, sliced thin
  • 1/4 c. water

    Marinate the tenderloin overnight in the combined soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and garlic. Before cooking, add the remaining ingredients to the pan. Cover and bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
