- 3 points bluefish fillets
- salt and freshly ground pepper
- 2 Tbsp. minced onions
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- paprika
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 350°.

2Wash the fish and dry them.

3Place the fish in a single layer on a large sheet of foil, skin side down.

4Place foil in a shallow baking pan.

5Season the fish with salt and pepper to taste and sprinkle with the minced onions. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise over it.

6Seal foil over fish. Bake 40 minutes; uncover fish and bake for 10 minutes until browned.
