- 2 cups raw Spanish peanuts
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2In a heavy medium skillet,cook peanuts,sugar and water over medium heat until all liquid is absorbed and peanuts are coated with sugar (about 20 minutes) Sprinkle with salt.

3Transfer to greased jellyroll pan.

4Bake 10 minutes,stirring after 5 minutes.

5Spread on aluminum foil to cool.

6Store in airtight container.
