  • 1 small wheel of Brie or Camembert
  • 1 sheet Pepperidge Farm pastry sheets
  • honey mustard, brown sugar or apricot preserves

Directions

    Spread thawed pastry sheet on baking sheet.

    Place Brie (or Camembert) in center of sheet.

    Remove rind from cheese prior to placing on pastry sheet.)

    Spread honey mustard or apricot preserves on top of cheese.

    (If honey mustard is used, sprinkle a small amount of brown sugar on top.)

    Wrap cheese in pastry; bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until done.
